Jake Shields reacts to Mike Jackson’s latest comments and accusations.

Mike Jackson (1-2 MMA) spoke to ‘MMA Fighting’ about the altercation he had with Jake Shields (33-11 MMA) at the UFC Performance Institute last Friday saying:

Were in a professional setting. I didn’t really think he was going to jeopardize his role at the PI, but I guess he didn’t give a damn about that. The fragility in him, the white nationalist in him, it was like, no. It’s on him.

Jake Shields opened up about the “Twitter” feud between the two saying:

I know I was off the mark, so hopefully I’ll fix the problem with the PI. I know I shouldn’t have done that. But the guy had just months ago popped up on my Twitter and called me a Nazi, which is total libel.

Shields spoke about claims that he is a “Nazi”:

I do business with Jews, and so they call me a Nazi, and people who know me know I’m not like that, but what if I didn’t know these people I was working with? I could lose big business if he sits there telling people I’m a Nazi and a white supremacist. It is such a slander. I could sue him for defamation.

Well, Shields has more words of wisdom and, once again, using the “Twitter” platform, he directed the following “tweet” against Jackson:

Mike said he won’t fight me in MMA but he will box me. I said yes, let’s do it, then he went silent

“100% of the UFC fighters supported me in humiliating Mike Jackson. Both of his coaches said he deserved to be punched and wouldn’t try to protect him. You’d think that would wake him up , but instead he just gets more racist and deranged.”

In another “tweet”:

“Mike said he wouldn’t fight me in MMA but he would box me. I said yes, let’s do it, then he went silent.

And yet another ‘tweet’ with a photo, directed at Jackson:

After Friday’s altercation, Jake Shields was reportedly banned from UFC PI.

Obviously, this isn’t the last we hear of the incident, nor the last of the “tweets”, but now the question is whether Mike Jackson will press charges against Jake Shields regarding the altercation and/or his accusations of defamation of character.
