San Ramon police identified and arrested the suspect in a press release issued Tuesday, December 27.

Shortly after Arines’ video went viral, San Ramon Police Department Chief Denton Carlson reached out to her on Twitter to investigate the situation.
Arine, who grew up in Moraga, California, can be seen presenting In-N-Outs light fries to her friend, Elliot, before a customer asks if he films himself eating.
Friends were left speechless and confused as Jordan called out queer gays.
Are you Japanese or Korean? the customer asks later.
After Ha informs that he is Korean, the customer asks if he is Kim Jong-Un’s boyfriend.
Ha continues to talk to the suspect while laughing, but Kim encourages her to stop talking.
Normally I could spit in your face, that’s Filipino shit, Krah continues.
He adds: See you outside in a minute.
Although not captured on video, Kim notes that the client continued to stare at the friends outside the window.
NBC Bay Area says the couple waited for the fast-food chain to close and employees ushered them out to ensure their safety. Krah would then be gone.
