Most voters blame Biden for border crisis

Voters overwhelmingly believe there is a crisis on the Americas’ southern border and accuse President Joe Biden of mishandling the immigration issue.

Rasmussen Reports’ latest national phone and online survey finds that 69% of likely U.S. voters think the current migrant situation at the U.S.-Mexico border is a crisis even more than the 66% who thought the border was in crisis in May 2021. 19% do not think the border situation is a crisis, while 12% are unsure. The survey of 900 likely US voters was conducted on January 5-8-9, 2023 by Rasmussen Reports. The margin of sampling error is +/- 3 percentage points with a 95% confidence level. Fieldwork for all Rasmussen Reports surveys is carried out by Pulse Opinion Research.
