Why Angela is wrong to blame Usman for her problems

90 Day Fianc cast member Angela Deem thinks Usman Umar is to blame for his issues with Michael Ilesanmi, however, the truth is that she is.

Controversial 90 Day Fiancé cast member Angela Deem recently revealed her feud with Usman “Sojaboy” Umar, though her reasons for disliking him are plain unreasonable. Angela and Usman appeared on different seasons of Before 90 Days with their respective partners Michael Ilesanmi and Kim Menzies. Happy forever? season 7 was the first time the two were featured in the same season. Angela and Usman previously interacted on 90 Day Bares All, where the rivalry between the two began. As soon as Angela saw Usman at the Tell-All, she immediately started yelling and insulting him, and a heated argument between the two ensued.

Angela claims that her main reason for disliking Usman is that she believes him to be a con man, although she has no concrete proof of this. Angela explained ahead of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 7 Tell-All that she wasn’t thrilled to see Usman and wasn’t sure she could hold back the negative opinions she had of him. Angela went on to say that she sincerely believed Usman was part of the reason why Michael was struggling to get a visa to come to the United States as she felt that Usman portrayed all Nigerians as crooks. Angela didn’t elaborate on how Usman scammed, but admitted she felt like he scammed Kim on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days.

Angela claims Usman ruined her marriage

Along with calling Usman a crook, Angela also accused him of ruining her marriage to Michael. At the end of Happily Ever After? season 7, Angela revealed that Michael was cheating on her with a girl he met on social media. Angela had repeatedly asked Michael to delete his Instagram account because of this, although she always kept his account open. Angela linked this to Usman, as he and Michael had met in Nigeria on several occasions and posted pictures together on Instagram. Angela thought it was Usman encouraging Michael to cheat on her, though his reasoning was just plain illogical.

Angela caused marital problems on her own

While Angela was quick to blame Usman for the issues she recently had with Michael, she actually caused many of those issues through her own behavior. Angela has unrealistic expectations of Michael and holds him to a much higher standard than herself. Angela revealed this season that she had a crush on her online friend Billy, which she didn’t think was wrong even though she was married to Michael.

However, if Michael did something similar, Angela would have a completely different take on the situation. Angela has also become very aggressive with Michael recently. She ripped parts from his car and even threw herself on him when she arrived in Nigeria. Are 90 Day Fiancé fans mad at Angela over her behavior on Happily Ever After? season 7, including his outburst at the Tell-All.

While Angela seems to believe that Usman is the main cause of her problems with Michael, the reality is that Usman had no effect on the couple’s marriage. Michael had problems with his visa long before Usman was even on the show, and the two men who post pictures together on social media are not promoting Michael’s cheating. Angela is always quick to blame others, but 90 Day Fiancé fans believe she was responsible for the destruction of her marriage to Michael.
