Juventus Ultras groups have openly blamed President Andrea Agnelli and his administration for the 15-point penalty in Serie A. It’s worse than 2006. Back then we were blameless, but today we’re paying for disgusting directors.
The Bianconeri lost 15 points after an investigation found evidence the club deliberately inflated transfer fees to boost their capital gains and help balance the books.
This could only be the start, as the punishment relates to a trial reopened from May and does not cover all of the transfer deals under investigation.
He also did not consider the alleged payment of wages under the table, having officially announced that players and staff had given up four months of their wages to help during the pandemic.
While some Juventus fans are protesting the decision to sanction just this club, three of the major ultras groups have come together to issue a statement taking a very different approach.
This time it’s worse than in 2006. This time we were really beyond reproach and what happened came from the need for an entity to interrupt the sporting domination which was becoming inconvenient for everyone , wrote the groups Drughi, Nab and Viking on the Curva Sud Juventus. The Facebook page.
This is not the situation today. Today we are paying because those disgusting creatures in the directors booth treated our jersey like a soulless object.
It’s worth nothing, the ultras groups have always been at open war with Agnelli and his board, and indeed in this statement they claim that the problems began with the construction of the new stadium which was not built to be our home, but to create a place where customers can make quick walk-throughs, willing to spend unthinkable sums for the experience.
The statement also accuses the current directors of accepting the punishment just as they demoted him to Serie B in 2006 so they could sell the club to someone else.
The truth is that the 15 points moored, say out of Europe and everything that follows is just the tip of the iceberg compared to the real punishment, which is that from today it will be much more difficult for a child to fall in love with this jersey, because he is forced to take insults without the possibility of defending himself.
In 10 years we will have very few teenagers cheering on Juventus and it seems unbelievable that these marketing strategists haven’t figured this out, the same ones who focus on making a call and pointing fingers at others trying to be bleached.
