Fox and Friends Blame George Soros for Attack on Fox Weathermans

Following an attack on Fox News weatherman Adam Klotz on the New York City subway, the Fox & Friends network’s flagship morning show has repeatedly blamed the beating on one man: the liberal financier and Right-wing boogeyman boogeyman George Soros.

Over the weekend, Klotz was left with two black eyes, bruised ribs and cuts on his face following an altercation with a group of teenagers on Train 1. According to the meteorologist, he attempted to stop the younger men from harassing an older gentleman, only to have the teenagers attack him instead.

After the group of teenagers beat Klotz and fled, three of them were arrested by officers from the New York Police Department only to be released shortly after. Reports of minors were prepared and their parents were called to pick them up, an NYPD representative said. Klotz has since noted that police told him he should press charges.

Fox News, which portrayed New York as a dystopian hellhole where violent crime runs rampant, used the heartbreaking attack to attack soft-on-crime Democrats and liberal criminal justice policies. Klotz himself has appeared on the network multiple times to discuss the beatings and criticize the city’s mayor over the subway violence.

I want something done, he said on Fox & Friends’ Monday show. Why is the meteorologist on the train trying to stop the crime in the middle of the night? Like, where’s Eric Adams? Where is the city? Why am I doing this? Why is it mine?

The morning program hosts, however, went further than that.

Largely boosted by the New York Posta’s Murdoch outlet, including an anti-Soros article alongside Klotz’s bruised face on its cover Monday morning, the curvaceous couch trio launched into alarmism about the philanthropist liberal.

Towards the end of his Monday appearance on Fox & Friends, Klotz, holding the cover for The Post, joked that he was the least dangerous man in America after the beatings he had taken. Co-host Brian Kilmeade, who is no stranger to Soros conspiracies, quickly followed by citing Post articles claiming the billionaire is the most dangerous man in the land.

George Soros is as responsible as these guys, exclaimed Kilmeade. Because it funds, uh, makes criminals even better, funding every prosecutor in every city in the country. While Soros reportedly spent more than $40 million to help elect dozens of district attorneys and prosecutors across the country, he didn’t fund every DA in US cities.

The Fox & Friends team was back on Tuesday morning. After discussing the Klotz attack again and complaining about the crime in New York, co-host Steve Doocy once again invoked the Posts article on The Soros Web and how the man of 92-year-old businessman had donated to local races.

They made a big claim about how George Soros spent $40 million of his money trying to elect leftist prosecutors across the country, backing prosecutors who won’t prosecute, Doocy said. So far, he has 75 prosecutors nationwide backed by Soros!

Kilmeade, meanwhile, called on the Republican National Committee to pour money into district attorney races to counter Soros’ donations, adding that they could run with those victims of crime in order to be more efficient. He then turned to podcaster and member of the Intellectual Dark Web Joe Rogan, playing a clip from Rogans’ show featuring him calling Soros an evil person and similar to a Batman villain.

And it’s fucking terrifying that he gives money to a very progressive, very leftist politician, whether it’s a DA or whatever, and then funds someone who’s even more leftist than them to go against them, exclaimed Rogan. And keep pushing it forward. So it plays like a global game. And that he likes to do it.

Notably, Rogans’ guest was former CIA officer and Fox regular Mike Baker, who invoked a common anti-Semitic trope while criticizing Soros.

He loves being the puppeteer, Baker told Rogan. Right? He likes to pull the strings, and he likes to have that influence and that impact.

Fox News removed a cartoon of Soros Puppet Master from its social media accounts in late 2021 after the Anti-Defamation League called out the network for helping to normalize anti-Semitism by pushing the long-running trope on Jewish power and manipulation.

While the network previously stopped booking some guests who peddled anti-Semitic conspiracy theories about Soros, prompting at least one to say Fox is indebted to the billionaire, Fox News has gone out of its way to allow its commentators and stars to whistle the Jews. philanthropist.
