It looks like Wednesday isn’t the only show looking to replace a cast member. Amid a slew of sexual assault allegations, Percy Hynes White’s future on the Netflix hit remains uncertain. Yet, sadly, another series could be in jeopardy as details surrounding the actor’s past continue to surface.

Have you ever heard of the Canadian comedy-drama Pretty Hard Cases? We neither. After a little research, we’re here to admit that this show sounds pretty darn awesome. Following two female detectives as they balance work, personal life and their contentious professional relationship, Pretty Hard Cases is the authentic article. Check out the trailer below.

With a 100% score for Rotten Tomatoes in the first season, a stellar second season, and a third on the way, Pretty Hard Cases is clearly not going anywhere anytime soon, even though Percy Hynes White might be about to drop.

Thankfully, White’s character Elliot seems to be secondary to the larger story. Sure, he’s a “main character,” but not so important that the creators couldn’t just recast him. With everything going on, we’re sure the fans wouldn’t care.

Only time will tell how shows like Wednesday or Pretty Hard Cases treat Percy Hynes White. With no formal legal action or legitimate information about his behavior, no one really knows how things will turn out. Maybe we could all pull a few clues from the two shows he’s a part of and solve this mystery once and for all.
