Vickie Guerrero releases another statement on her daughter’s recent allegations

Vickie Guerrero has posted a new response to her daughter Sherilyn’s recent allegations.

Sherilyn Guerrero has accused Vickie’s husband Kris Benson of sexually assaulting her while they were on a cruise in 2020 (before the COVID-19 pandemic began). Vickie initially responded with her own accusations and claimed she would see her daughter in court. Shaul Guerrero, meanwhile, backed up her sister’s account and said what happened on the cruise was true.

Posting to her Instagram account, Vickie released the following statement:

“Kris and Vickie Benson Respond to Sherilyn Guerrero’s Recent Allegations

“Kris and Vickie Benson vehemently deny Sherilyn Guerrero’s recent sexual assault and abandonment allegations. Ms. Guerrero’s unsubstantiated accusations have caused the Bensons public ridicule, contempt, derision and humiliation. Kris and Vickie fully appreciates the seriousness of allegations of this nature and the need for public support for survivors of sexual assault; however, they ask that you withhold final judgment on this matter until they have the opportunity to bring Ms. Guerrero and her claims to a tribunal where judgment is based on facts and merit.”

Sherilyn’s cousin, ChavoGuerrero, publicly supported her, noting that he had helped her privately over the past two years.
