The department searches company premises in and around Delhi, documents are checked and people are interviewed, they said.

The company went public on Tuesday. It also launched its IPO this year.

The Company is engaged in the development, manufacture and marketing of a diverse range of pharmaceutical formulations in various acute and chronic therapeutic areas, as well as several consumer health products.
