New Delhi: Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, head of the Wrestlers Federation of India (WFI), said on Sunday he was ready to take a lie detector test or polygraph test, amid controversy mass of sexual harassment allegations against him. He however stated that he will only undergo a narco test if wrestlers Bajrang Punia and Vinesh Phogat also take it.

I’m ready to take a Narco test or a polygraph test or a lie detector test. But I have a condition that with me Vinesh Phogat and Bajrang Punia also have to take a lie detector test. If both wrestlers are ready to take the test, they are expected to announce it at a press conference. I also promise to take this test then,” he said in a Hindi message.

“These people who speak up for the WFI chief and say we are lying, I would say Brij Bhushan should take a Narco test in the Supreme Court…and also the seven female wrestlers (who alleged sexual harassment),” said Rio 2016 Olympics bronze medalist Sakshi said at a press conference here.

While Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh maintains that the allegations against him are false, Delhi police last month registered two FIRs against him over sexual harassment allegations made against him.
