Critics of TRISTAN Thompson blamed the “Kardashian curse” for the LA Lakers’ recent loss that knocked them out of the NBA playoffs.
The NBA star, who is Khloe Kardashian’s ex, played in the Lakers’ final game of the season after joining the team in early April.

Tristan took the floor for just 10 minutes in Game 4 as the Lakers fell 113-111 at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
Some critics have theorized the Lakers’ loss, blaming the famous family and their infamous “curse” for the downfall.
The alleged curse is on the Kardashian exes whose careers fumbled after their breakups.
Following the team’s loss on Monday night, one person tweeted, “Didnt know Tristan Thompson and Khloe Kardashian were back together. The Kardashian Curse helped the Lakers fall a bit too. Thanks Khloe.”

Another wrote, “Lebron brought the Kardashian curse to the Lakers this season by bringing in Tristan Thompson!”
“You should have left Tristan on the bench, the Kardashian curse caught LA,” wrote a fourth.
THE ORIGIN OF THE CURSE
According to TikTok users, the “Kardashian Curse” is the theory that anyone who dates Kardashian or Jenner’s wives will be unlucky if they break up.
A clip on TikTok titled Scott and Kendall Research the Kardashian Curse showed Scott Disick, Kourtney Kardashian’s ex, telling Kendall Jenner about the curse.
The two visited an atarot reader who confirmed he had allegedly been “cursed”.
The clip is taken from an old episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians from June 12, 2016, titled The Kardashian Curse.
At the final KUWTK meeting, Kendall answered Andy Cohen’s question regarding women’s belief in the curse.
She said: “What I don’t like about this story is that we are responsible.”
ARE KHLOE AND TRISTAN TOGETHER?
During season 2 of The Kardashians, fans watched as Khloe learned of her baby’s love affair scandal.
Tristan welcomed a son named TheowithMaralee Nichols, 33, in December 2021.
He had an affair with Maralee when he was supposed to be mutually exclusive with Khloe – with whom he shares a daughter True and a baby, Tatum.
Rumors have been swirling for weeks that the Good American founder and the NBA star have rekindled their romance.
Khloe, 38, recently took to her Instagram story to share a meme about how hard dating is in 2023.
The message read: “Dating in 2023 be like:”, then included a video.
In the clip, a woman was shown asking a man, “What are you doing?” to which he replied, “I’m an astrophysicist.”
The woman looked confused, responding, “Okay. I’m a Gemini.”
The star’s post seemed to suggest she was actively dating, which apparently puts to rest any rumors that she and Tristan are back together.
Khloe also hit back at fans speculating about her relationship with Tristan after Kim was seen sitting courtside with North holding a sign with her name on it.
The photo was shared on a fan-run Instagram account where Khloe left an intense comment.
The photo shared by @khloelegend shows a question someone asked: “Kim supports Tristian at Lakers game…what’s going on?”
“Apparently he’s back with Koko (Khloe),” the superfan’s response read.
Khloe commented on the photo on her verified Instagram account, “Stop pushing this story. It’s tiring.”
She went on to say, “But I guess you’ll continue whatever narrative you want no matter what I say, so what’s the point? It’s exhausting, but I’ve learned that people will only understand at level of their own perception.
