Akshay Kumar has shared the key to dealing with criticism and box office failures.
During an interview, Akshay admitted that he was affected like a normal person whenever his movie didn’t perform well or was rated by critics.
I have had many cycles of ups and downs in my life. The one common thing is that when things are going well, there’s all the praise and when they’re not, there’s more criticism than you can imagine, the 55-year-old actor told the Financial Express.
The Hera Pheri actor also says he doesn’t really pay attention to negative comments, but also admires his ability to deal with criticism. The actor said, “You just gotta keep going, there’s no other way.”
Akshay is confident in his own abilities and knows he is a hardworking actor; that’s what matters most.
He further discussed box office failures. He claimed that the numbers decide whether the film is a success or a flop. Not only that, but he strongly believes that audience reaction plays a vital role in movie numbers as they decide if it’s a hit or a flop.
On the work front, Akshay Kumar is currently busy filming for Hera Pheri 3. In the meantime, he is also preparing for the release of OMG 2 with Pankaj Tripathi, Pinkvilla reports.
