Peter Dinklage Is Blamed For These Disney Snow White Photos

Almost every live-action Disney remake is criticized for the sole purpose that few have managed to justify their existence, but just when you thought things couldn’t get any nastier than the racist backlash surrounding La Petite Mermaid, those already- Leaked set photos of Snow White.

Although it was clearly indicated by the title, it is not Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. That being said, there was still an outcry over the snaps that emerged last week showing a septet of different heights, dimensions, backgrounds and ethnicities, because those are the things people want to discuss in line, and we haven’t even mentioned the bile being pointed in the direction of star Rachel Zegler, either.

Proving once and for all that we truly are living in the worst timeline, Megyn Kelly decided to weigh in on the Snow White issue and decided that Peter Dinklage was solely to blame.

Peter Dinklage, probably the most famous little person in the world, had come out and called it a backwards story last year, and that’s when Disney announced they were going to replace the dwarfs. Great job, Peter! You made all your money, became America’s most famous midget, and then ruined the acting roles that were available to six other midgets who just want to work as paid actors like you did.

You have the sneaky suspicion that an interview done in isolation by Dinklage didn’t directly sway the decision-making on a $200 million blockbuster, and even if it did, then you’d imagine the acclaimed actor would have tackled the situation now given his no-nonsense stance on just about everything.

Disney initially denied the photos from the set were real before going back and labeling them “unofficial” instead, but we can brace ourselves knowing that another ideological clash is brewing ahead of Blanche’s release. -Snow next year.
