It is not all rosy in Orange County! Kelly Dodd has revealed that she blames Braunwyn Windham-Burke for firing them from The Real Housewives of Orange County.

In a carousel of screenshots posted to Instagram on Thursday, June 17, Kelly, 45, slammed 43-year-old Braunwyn via text after checking out her former co-star.

It was your fault. We’ll still be on the show if you haven’t made it so dark and ugly and brought in all that BS that awakened politics, Kelly wrote. Your lies about me calling me racist and homophobic were horribly destructive and your bogus stories didn’t help either.

The message from the natives of Arizona came after Braunwyn reached out to tell her that she hoped she was doing well.

I know we’ve been through hell and back, but I’m here, part of Braunwyn’s cutoff message is read.

After Kelly sent in her response, Braunwyn, whose journey to sobriety recently coincided with the realization that she is a lesbian, replied to her former castmate: Well, I’m still sober and still gay, like i said if you ever wanna talk i’m here.

In the caption of her articles, Kelly continued to share her thoughts on the mother of seven.

I can’t believe Braunwyn has the audacity to text me !! She went on a podcast. She said she got fired from the show because we didn’t all like her because she’s gay. Not because he’s a horrible person. Not because she treated everyone like st and made no effort to be friends with us, she wrote. Not because she went on a press tour and made horrible accusations at us, calling us all homophobes and racists, not because she is a horrible mother. Not because he’s a horrible person to her husband. The only reason she was fired is because she is gay. What a classic nut job fking narcissist!

The old Housewives releases were announced earlier this week. There are reports that Bravo has decided not to renew the contracts of Braunwyn, Kelly and Elizabeth Lyn Vargas. Heather Dubrow, who was originally on the show from 2012 to 2016, will return to their place.

I spent a good five years at RHOC. I will miss working with the ladies and teams at Evolution and want to thank Bravo for all the opportunities they have given me, Kelly said in a statement to Us Weekly on Wednesday, June 16. Without the show I would never have found my husband [Rick Leventhal], the greatest love of my life and for that I am eternally grateful. I’m also very grateful to the thousands of fans who have shown me their love and support since the news broke.

The former Positive Beverage partner had previously said she would quit the show if Braunwyn returned.

I know I can’t film with Braunwyn. I know for a fact that I cannot film with her. There’s just no way, and if she comes back then I’m out because I know for a fact that I can’t. She’s dangerous and calls people racist and homophobic, Kelly said in an Instagram Live in January. If I come back next year, I just can’t come back next year to shoot with someone so reckless, she shared at the time. I can not. If it’s on, I’m probably outside. So, that’s probably how it goes. And by the way, she says she couldn’t film with me, so there you go.

While Braunwyn has been silent on social media following her release and Kelly’s recent posts, she gave insight into her thoughts on leaving the show.

I’m incredibly sad that I won’t be able to return to The Real Housewives of Orange County next year, she said in a statement to People on Wednesday. I loved every moment of being a housewife and I’m so proud of my time on the good, the bad, and the in-between show. It’s revolutionary to say, but I was able to get sober and stay sober on reality TV.
