Two other women have entered the battle against shock rocker Marilyn Manson as the heavy metal icon continues to fight sexual abuse, sexual assault, sexual misconduct and human trafficking charges.
Ashley Walters, Mansons’ former assistant, filed a lawsuit against the musician on May 18 for sexual assault, battery and harassment. This was followed by further lawsuits from alleged former victims, such as Esme Bianco, who requested reparations depending on the gravity of the situation. Along with the lawsuits, the two alleged victims have also taken part in the advocacy for other women to come forward and speak out as this evolving issue becomes more and more prevalent these days. The problem centers on both honesty and integrity. It is difficult to determine which side is reliable because each person plays an important role in this case. As this situation continues to progress, there is a lingering fear that these allegations may be credible and, if they do come to court, Mansons’ lifelong and successful career as one of the Americas biggest shock rockers could come to a tragic and uneventful conclusion.
This story, combined with countless others that show the pictorial and haunting image of what is known to be the rockstar lifestyle, offers a deeper and more questionable take on Manson. Stories of increasing drug abuse followed by Mansons’ pitiful acts of self-abuse both on and off stage, as well as morally questionable pranks, do not prove the artist to be this abusive sexual deviant. However, this raises questions about the artist’s motivations at the time and whether they were intentional or not. Public attention isn’t the worst part of the story, as the musician has been called one of rock’s most controversial figures as his relationship with the media had already sparked outrage since Mansons became popular. Reading his questionable actions towards himself, his bandmates and his fans, I take another level of understanding and wonder if he is really guilty of his many questionable actions towards women. I still enjoy her music and the impact it has had on the rock and metal music genres. However, seeing and investigating his past activities which have been incorporated into prolonged use of mind-altering substances, I really wouldn’t be surprised if Manson is responsible for these horrific actions.
This abrupt and catastrophic state of affairs puts the rocker in a difficult scenario as the story continues to unfold and more and more alleged victims come out to express their stories and speak their truth. Despite this, Manson continues to deny all charges against him, still believing that all sexual attempts were consensual with like-minded partners. The rise in abuse cases has grown dramatically since Evan Rachel Woods’ instagram post earlier this year, as more grotesque and unappealing details centered on the allegations continue to leak out. Despite Woods ‘efforts to shed light on Mansons’ alleged inappropriate encounters, Ashley Morgan Smithline was another victim in connection with the allegations through an emotionally charged interview with People magazine. Smithline had an open and humble experience with Manson early in their two-year relationship. It sadly ended when Smithline feared for her life and claimed that she had survived a monster whose controversial and assertive demeanor both on and off stage served as a driving force for heightened sexual submission. These are just allegations to say the least, but watching the Smithlines interview sparked a series of emotions in me as I continue to wonder if an influential character whose music has both made an impact. on my life and the lives of others is really the monster everyone claims Manson is right now. Nothing can be considered adequate until Manson himself faces these allegations in court and a final decision is made.
According to Metal Hammer Magazine, Walters proclaims that Manson treated her like his property, stating that the singer attempted to corner her on a bed to kiss her while biting her ear and tucking her head in her underwear. . This resulted in inappropriate requests for employee advancement as well as claims that Manson entered into drug-induced fits of rage threatening Walters to please his friends in whatever they desired. Walters did not speak about the abuse at the time due to Mansons’ professional standing in the entertainment industry. Thanks to this, Walters was given the opportunity to become the director of photography in the music videos of Mansons. Sadly, Walters also claimed that Manson would only let her be part of the video if she appeared in it with nothing but her underwear and a Nazi jacket. This request ultimately pushed the young model to her heart and decided to denounce Manson following the other cases of abuse already made public.
Alongside Walters, another alleged victim of Mansons abuse is his ex-girlfriend, Jane Doe, who filed a complaint on May 28. Doe, who has not been publicly named, feared for her life due to alleged acts involving rape, physical abuse, manipulation. and unintentional exposure to degrading sexual acts. The lawsuit alleges that Manson showed Doe a video showing a fan being abused after a Marilyn Manson performance at the Hollywood Bowl in 1996. In the video, titled Groupie, the fan would be forced to drink urine, threatened with a gun and could have been pistol whipped, according to Metal Hammer Magazine.
Even though the video was said to have been fake from an unknown source close to Manson, the story of his encounter with urination is quite widespread and known to various people. Reading his biography, The Long Hard Road Out of Hell, I remember the many stories of debauchery and rockstar excess that entered the shock rockers’ path to stardom and influence. One of the stories was of Manson urinating on a female fan who requested the act for sexual satisfaction and arousal.
Manson is also facing an arrest warrant from the New Hampshire Police Department for two counts of misdemeanor resulting from a situation that arose during his performance at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion in 2019 as part of the Hell Tour. Never Dies. The alleged situation consists of an unknown videographer who had been contracted out to record the performance. As with so many allegations and cases against Manson involving assault of a sexual nature, this confrontation occurred when Manson allegedly continued to spit and shoot his snot at the camerawoman. The cameraman wasn’t the only one who saw smelly Mansons on stage as eyewitness fans came forward to tell a similar story. Based on in-person fan accounts provided by Metal Hammer. He was spitting all over the place, and once it was on her camera, so she wiped it off and looked half-irritated. He noticed it and continued to voluntarily spit on his camera, ”said one participant. “I think his last drop was that he fell to the ground, got within 2-3 feet of her, and hacked a giant snot rocket on her, not the camera. She was pissed off and disgusted so she stormed off, and he just laughed.
Mansons attorney Howard King replied: It’s no secret that anyone who has attended a Marilyn Manson concert that he likes to be provocative on stage, especially in front of a camera. This tort complaint was continued after we received a request from a local videographer for more than $ 35,000 after a small amount of saliva came in contact with their arm. After asking for evidence of alleged damage, we never received a response. This whole claim is ridiculous, but we remain committed to cooperating with the authorities, as we always have. New Hampshire authorities are still pushing to get in touch with Manson as they continue to investigate the situation. One thing to underline with certainty is that Marilyn Manson’s future does not look bright. With more accusations on social media as well as multiple lawsuits and charges from various women who have accounts of sexual misconduct and physical abuse promulgated by the singer.
The long, difficult road that the metal icon has once walked now puts him on the destructive and disastrous path that so many rock stars have found themselves on. Yet as more and more evidence of misconduct and abuse is shared, the allegations go beyond the limits of a mere rock star party combined with lustful excesses. Instead, we receive haunting descriptions that fuel concern for the well-being of alleged victims. Analyzing Manson of his past and present, it is widely known that the singer has been associated with strange and often bizarre situations.
It can be concluded that Manson’s past has questionable events that create judgments about his general character that have affected relationships with fans and devoted partners. Considering everything we know about Manson, what he told us in his own words and what thousands of fans have seen, everything we know about Manson, what he told us said in her own words and from what thousands of people perceive it, I can understand the validity of many of the alleged harassment scenarios. It is clear that Manson’s past was one that resulted in chaotic and destructive choices fueled by long nights of little sleep, bizarre and crazy parties, followed by long periods of prolonged and intense drug and alcohol abuse. . By understanding the singer’s provocative and questionable past, stories of constant abuse and emotional torment become clearer images of a possible reality that humans will refuse to admit. Manson has spent his career creating this fantastic image of being the Antichrist superstar. If all of these allegations turn out to be true, this fantasy will become a terrible reality.
