MVP hits back at criticism of Bobby Lashley’s Ladies on WWE RAW

Bobby Lashley wasn’t on WWE RAW this week, but his ladies still surrounded MVP during his segment. The Lashley Ladies had MVPs to hang out with this week, but not everyone watching them at home thought it was a good idea to have them on RAW.

Dan Vollmayer of Barstool Sports tweeted criticizing the use of female Lashleys. He stressed that women in WWE need to scratch and climb the ranks and earn respect. Now the Lashley ladies seem to present a different idea.

All the advancements, scratches and claws of the #wwe women have made for equality on screen and behind the scenes, it’s certainly undermining a lot of that progress. Why does MVP need an entourage like this?

MVP then fired back and said Vollmayer had an ever-stupid take. He went on to say that the women of Lashley are strong, independent women who love to have fun.

It’s still a stupid take. You say strong, independent women who like to go out and have a good time are bad? Many of you have never been to a nightclub or a party and it shows. Stop disrespecting these women.

Lashleys Ladies will likely stick around as long as he is WWE Champion. It has to be seen if they stick around whenever the All Mighty loses the WWE Title. It might be a long time before someone has to worry about this because of how things look.
