Glasgow is a mess and SNP to blame

I note Mr Mclean’s letter in the Glasgow Times (July 6) saying that the other parties should be blamed.

I would like a reality check. The current SNP administration has turned the city into a coup.

The free bulk uplift service has been phased out resulting in an increase in fly dumping, increased waste and graffiti, grass grows in ravines, citizens pay the highest municipal tax, Potholes have increased, the free grass mowing service has been cut and the introduction of a 3-week bin system.

I wonder if the policymakers who made these illogical decisions actually live in the city and see the damage this has for the city.

So, just a few months after their elimination, the city council decided to tear up the beacons of the cycle paths outside Celtic Park.

How much does it cost the taxpayer and what scheme will he propose next?

As a Celtic fan, I am deeply offended by the council’s decision to remove the cycle lanes outside of Heaven. Do they really think we’re stupid enough not to notice them crossing the road? Or are they trying to insinuate that if we did, we would be making composing claims to them left, right, and center?
