BPS / TC 92 operates under the Philippine Bureau of Standards of DTI, CNN Philippines reported.

The panel began developing a PNS for adobo on May 11 with Kulinarya: A Guidebook to Philippine Cuisine serving as the primary reference to create a comprehensive guide to preparing and cooking adobo from the favorite cuisine of Filipinos, said the DTI.
