Following President Bidens’ recent trip abroad, which included a G-7 summit in the United Kingdom and a summit with Vladimir Putin in Geneva, one wonders: What, if nothing else, is his foreign policy? The management wants us to believe that we are pursuing a balanced, realistic, even realistic approach.
It’s just clean work, he said Biden of his relationship with Chinas Xi Jinping.
As for Russia, Biden sure We that, although not a Kumbaya moment, no threats were issued during his meeting with Putin.
[I] he simply informed him of my whereabouts, the president said, adding that he had laid firm lines in the sand on behalf of American interests.
Such rhetoric may sound appealing, but is it true?
China’s economic growth, human rights abuses, and aggression against Hong Kong and Taiwan continue, even as the United States re-finances the Beijings mouthpiece to cover first the risks and then the roots of COVID. -19. And while Biden presented Putin with a list of valuable assets, the Russian leader admitted nothing. Worse still, Russia received the blessing of Biden’s administration from the Nord Stream pipeline two days after Russian hackers apparently targeted the Colonial Pipeline in America, severely cutting off fuel supplies to the East Coast. Thus, while the management tries to present a strong vision, in practice it offers weakness and relaxation.
To understand what is really going on, one has to look beyond the harsh discussion of the press conference to another, minimal moment from the presidents’ journey. Addressing US troops in Britain, Biden recounted the early days of the Obama administration.
Our army sat down, he said. This is not funny. Do you know what the Leaders told us about the biggest threat facing America? Global warming.

Biden made it clear that he agreed. For him, climate change is not China, Russia, North Korea or Iran, not the open southern borders that threaten the American homeland the most. Listening to this, we discover even more evidence that America’s military brass is as visible as its political leaders on political tendencies. We also learn the truth about Bidens’ foreign policy: It is not real politics at all. On the contrary, it is a product of blind ideology.
Whatever the scale of man-made climate change and whatever problems it poses, the belief that it poses America’s greatest threat is already having unintended consequences. Returning America to the Paris Climate Agreement, Biden gave China, our true, greatest geopolitical enemy, a clear gift. As President Donald Trump noted before leaving, the climate pact allows Beijing to increase carbon emissions for years after the United States will be forced to reduce its own. All this, but they guarantee even more industrial transportation in China. Combining US disadvantage, Biden canceled the Keystone XL pipeline project on climate change, while costing US jobs, valuable energy capacity and even more relative power as Beijing’s poles gain ground in the pursuit of capital. .
Administrations’ consent to Nord Stream 2 seems to undermine its beliefs on climate change. Ultimately, the smooth transport of gas from Russia to Germany may not be the best way to reach a Europe Green New Agreement. However, in Biden’s example of climate change, lifting sanctions on Nord Stream 2 makes sense.
This is because, for the American Left, climate change requires less global responsibility than balancing the scales of a social-justice burden that is disproportionately placed on the United States. At the same time, this ideology downplays all other threats. (In fact, it is possible that the Russian influence and power that Nord Stream 2 would strengthen was never as important to the Democrats as it was occasionally claimed during the Trump years.)
And then there is the southern border. Whatever the administration can say, however, many times Vice President Kamala Harris tells immigrants not to come, people know: Biden does not enforce America’s immigration laws. Here, as elsewhere, foreign policy is dictated and national security is undermined by none other than the ideology of climate change.

Climate change orthodoxy argues that mass migration is inevitable given the effects of bad pollutants, most notably among the US. By this logic, an open outline represents the necessary compensation to a victim. So for the administration, what we are seeing today is not an immigration crisis or even, as it often claims, a challenge.
Rather, it is the initial stage of a policy under consideration, facing a threat that America itself is said to have posed. Any other threat, whether it be drugs, human trafficking or terrorism, is subject to or ignored.
Fear of climate change is only one part of the global ideological agenda, the Biden program represents and serves. But, by the presidents’ admission, it is also the central, vital dogma of its foreign and national security policies. Far from realpolitik, Biden offers ideological blindness to the events on the ground, a recipe for weakness that could prove to be a real danger to America and the world.
