Chinese President Xi Jinping is said to have asked the seasoned Vladimir Putin to write a written letter about how he would end the war with Ukraine.
The Russian tyrant was allegedly asked by his Chinese counterparts about the exact date he intended to end the bloody conflict, who threatened to stop communications unless he got a response.
General SVR, a Telegram channel that claims links to the Kremlin and Putin’s bodyguards, said Dmitry Medvedev was sent to Beijing “as a postman” yesterday to deliver his leader’s response to Xi.
Reportedly written by an exiled Kremlin lieutenant general known by the alias Viktor Mikhailovich, the unverified channel made a series of anti-Putin claims throughout the war claim.

Russian Security Council Vice Chairman Dmitry Medvedev shook hands with Xi Jinping in Beijing yesterday
Medvedev, vice-chairman of Russia’s Security Council, has rarely been deployed by Putin in recent years and has recently been painted as the Kremlin’s “court jester” for his ultra-anti-Western social media posts.
The claims suggest Putin is under intense pressure from China to end a war that is wreaking havoc on the world economy.
General SVR said Xi “asked Putin to provide a detailed plan, dated, in which the Russian president would write how and when he would end the war”.
It further claimed that “Only with such a written explanation, or if you prefer, a commitment, would the Chinese leader be willing to agree to call Putin and discuss the possibility of visiting Russia next year.”
“From whether the leaders of the two countries will talk on the phone in the near future, we can see how persuasive the Russian president’s letter is to Xi Jinping.”

Official Chinese reports of the meeting emphasized that Medvedev had delivered a letter to Xi, “expressing his friendly greetings and best wishes” to the Chinese leader.
“China Daily” stated that on the Ukraine issue, Xi Jinping emphasized that “always decide one’s position and policy according to the merits of the matter itself.”
However, Beijing’s account of the unexpected meeting between Xi and Medvedev made clear the need for peace.
The state-run newspaper said China had “taken an objective and fair stand on this issue and made active efforts to facilitate peace negotiations”.
Xi Jinping expressed the hope that relevant parties will exercise rational restraint, conduct comprehensive dialogue, and resolve each other’s security concerns through political means.
Medvedev claimed that the war occurred due to complex factors that he did not explain.
Also, when two of his top security followers — Nikolai Patrushev and Alexander Bortnikov, both longtime retainers, 71 — Putin was further humiliated when he dozed off during a key speech on defense policy in Moscow.

Pictures and videos show top officials apparently baffled by nonsense about vowing not to limit military spending, expanding his army to 1.5 million and raising the mandatory age of conscription from 27 to 30 to cover up his failure to take Ukraine by force Feeling overwhelmed by the speech.
Patrushev, the former FSB counterintelligence chief and current secretary of Russia’s Security Council, is widely seen as the sinister mastermind of the war in Ukraine.
It has been speculated that if Putin resigns due to ill health, he may want his son Dmitry Patrushev, 45, Russia’s agriculture minister, to succeed him.
Bortnikov is the current head of the dreaded FSB.
Telegram channel General SVR reported: “It is pointless to discuss the enlarged meeting of the Russian Federation Ministry of Defense Council chaired by Putin.
“FSB Director Alexander Bortnikov and Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev calmly dozed off during the leaders’ speeches, vividly confirming the futility of the event.”
It wasn’t just the couple struggling to stay sober as Putin spoke.
Several senior officers in uniform behind them also found it difficult to concentrate on what the Russian dictator had to say.
