FHP: 1 dead after bus and utility truck crash at International Speedway BLVD
They said the truck, which has been identified as a Volusia County utility truck, was traveling on International Speedway Boulevard. The driver did not slow down as a Voltran bus with 15 passengers approached and struck his rear.
VOLUSIA COUNTY, FL – One person has died after an accident involving a Voltran bus and a Volusia County utility truck on International Speedway Boulevard, soldiers said.
The Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) said there was a fatal crash at 8 a.m. on International Speedway Boulevard in Volusia County, near Indian Lake Road. A bus and a van were involved.

They said the truck, which has been identified as a Volusia County utility truck, was traveling on International Speedway Boulevard. The driver did not slow down as a Votran bus with 15 passengers approached and struck his rear.
The utility truck reportedly caught fire and the driver was pronounced dead at the scene. 14 of the 15 passengers on the bus were reportedly transported to hospitals with non-life threatening injuries.
