Donald Lee Nicholson, 80, Orleans, Indiana; former Paoli Indiana, passed away Monday, July 12, 2021, at her residence. He was born in Paoli, Indiana on August 3, 1940, to Norman Banks and Leota Mae King Nicholson. Donald married Mary Lou Grimes on May 5, 1962, and he survived.
Donald was preceded in death by his parents and sister Karen Sue Buchanan.
He was a member of Paoli First Baptist Church. Donald graduated in 1958 from Paoli High School. He has retired from Carpenter Body Works. Donald enjoyed IU Basketball and westerns. He is an LA Dodgers Baseball fan.

Daniel L. and Pam Nicholson Orleans, Indiana
4-Grandson; Joshua Nicholson and Jessica Nicholson of Indianapolis, and Noah and Sarah Nicholson of Virginia also survived Donald Lee Nicholson.
The visitation is from 10:00 AM-2: 00 PM, Thursday, July 15, 2021, with a funeral service to follow at 2:00 PM at the Dillman-Scott Funeral Home located at 226 W. Campbell St. Paoli SA 47454. The interment is at Mt. Cemetery of Gilead.
