An Irish hockey player resigns because of government vaccination passport legislation

Earlier this week, the Irish House of Commons, Dil ireann, passed legislation requiring customers of indoor hospitality stations to provide evidence of their COVID-19 vaccination status.

This can be a paper document or the European Union’s digital COVID-19 certificate.

The law is now being submitted to the Irish Seanad ireann, for official approval, and Seanad cannot appeal the legislation.

McEvoy has informed his teammates and coaches that he will no longer represent the country because of plans.

He passed a copy of his resignation message to radio host Richie Allen, who read it in his show and published it entirely online.

“This is directly due to a bill recently approved by the Irish government on Wednesday evening / Thursday morning,” the email read.

Ireland is now officially a medical apartheid / fascist state under a wider global surveillance network.

“Citizens, the Garda and the Irish Defense Forces have authorized a group of people acting as the Irish Government to undermine the rights conferred on us by the Irish Constitution, the UN Declaration of Human Rights and in breach of the Nuremberg Code.

“Also, our inalienable rights have been weakened over the last 16 months that God has given us, not the government.”

McEvoy, who has represented Irish hockey national teams for 13 years, also added: “I can no longer represent a country that has accepted discrimination and segregation between vaccinated and non-vaccinated people.”

He said he would continue to refuse COVID-19 vaccinations, but hoped he could join the team if legislation changed.

The restrictions on the Irish coronavirus have been the most severe in Europe for a long time this year, and it was the only country to withdraw from the host UEFA European Championships because it could not guarantee that fans could attend.

Bilbao also withdrew, but Spain held those matches as they moved to Seville.
