Summary Description
The individual will implement HR plans and solutions to realize strategic business initiatives and deliver results. The candidate will have the ability to complete large volumes of tasks with minimal supervision or supervision and sensitivity to deadlines. As such, the candidate must be proficient in anticipating problems, creating contingency plans, managing multiple priorities, solving problems and organizing logistics. Key to the position is the ability to keep the team organized, prioritized and on time, while also serving as a “go to” for all areas and departments associated with HR. This candidate will help foster a cooperative and communicative atmosphere.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Conducting employee surveys and questionnaires; HRBPs help with analysis and action planning based on research results
· Responsible for onboarding and collaborating with the hiring team in hiring employees based on business forecasts.
Work with business leaders and other support functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce
Implement new policies, procedures and programs to support Business
· Be the first point of contact for all employee complaints and cooperate with the HR Business Partner in conducting necessary investigations.
Provide MIS support for Attrition analysis including Exit interview analysis, observe trends and highlight key aspects, prepare and publish dashboards
Drive engagement initiatives such as – New hire buddy/mentoring program, Voice of Employee, Round Tables and Brown Bag sessions and R&Rs
Work with HRBPs to drive career path sessions/initiatives
Support the L&D team in conducting an assessment of training needs for employees at all levels
· Responsible for conducting regular supplier audits to ensure employment conditions are adhered to.
· Responsible for legal compliance
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Qualifications
· Previous experience in dealing with temporary staff would be an added advantage.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Ability to influence and collaborate with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
· Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and analysis.
· Strong understanding of employment related laws and statutes.
Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, pharmaceutical or automotive industry would be ideal
· Must be proficient in using MS Office, Excel and data related tools.
-Knowledge Telegu will be an advantage
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Qualifications
· MBA/MA/MSW in HR
Knowledge of the local language (Telegu) is an advantage
· Previous experience in dealing with temporary staff would be an added advantage.
