The cessation of trading of the shares on the general open market of the Munich stock exchange Exchange will take place at the end of December 29, 2023. The company welcomes the fact that the Munich Stock Exchange provided a sufficiently long phase-out period in its decision and believes that its shares will continue to trade in the general open market on another exchange in the future.
