Eagle Point Credit Company Inc. Prices Offer of preferred shares

GREENWICH, Conn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Eagle Point Credit Company Inc. (the Company) (NYSE:ECC, ECCB, ECCX, ECCY, ECCW) announced today that it has priced a guaranteed public offering of 1,060,000 shares of its 6.50% Series C Term Preferred Shares due 2031 (the preferred shares) at a public offering price of $25 per share, which will result in net proceeds to the Company of approximately $25.4 million after payment of underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering costs to be paid by the Company. The preferred stock has a BBB rating from Egan-Jones Ratings Company. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 140,000 additional preferred shares to cover any over-allotments.

The offering is expected to close on June 16, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions. The Company intends to list the Preference Shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol ECCC.

Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. is acting as the lead bookrunner for the offering. B. Riley Securities, Inc., Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., Incapital LLC and Wedbush Securities Inc. act as joint bookrunners for the offering.
