Four popular cryptocurrency analysts remain bullish on Bitcoin (CRYPTO: BTC) after cryptocurrency apex ignored concerns over the highly mutated new strain of the Omicron coronavirus and rebounded on Sunday evening.
What happened: Pseudonymous analyst Smart Contract told his nearly 194,000 Twitter followers that Bitcoin is expected to rebound strongly to the $ 63,000 level, as the correction is almost complete. He added that the cryptocurrency could hit a new all-time high at the “best of times.”

Amsterdam-based popular cryptocurrency analyst Michaël van de Poppe predicted that Bitcoin is near the end of the correction and could climb to $ 56,000 in the next 24 hours or less.

He added that the prices of some altcoins would drop further before accelerating from January next year.
Justin Bennett, a cryptocurrency analyst and trader with more than 91,000 Twitter followers, also expressed his optimism about Bitcoin. He noted that Bitcoin just closed above the $ 55,000 level last week.

Why it matters: Bitcoin fell along with other risky assets on Friday amid fears about the potential impact of the new Omicron COVID-19 variant on the global economy, but rebounded on Sunday night.
The cryptocurrency’s cumulative gains at the peak of the year stand at 95.9%.
