Block takes a market-based payment approach, and payment may vary depending on your location. Locations in the United States are categorized into one of four zones based on a labor cost index for that geographic zone. The starting salary of successful candidates will be determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, location and market conditions. These ranges may change in the future.

Zone A: $167,300 – $204,500 Zone B: $158,900 – $194,300
