JACKSON DONALD WAYNE – Unexpectedly at his residence in Campobello, NB, on Wednesday September 15, 2021; Donald Wayne Jackson; Born in St. Stephen, NB, Oct. 5, 1961, he was the son of the late Donald M. & Lorraine Virginia (Henderson) Jackson. Donald Wayne is a longtime member of Wilsons Beach United Baptist Church. He spent most of his life working for the Jackson Bros. family business. Ltd.

Donald Wayne, as everyone loves him, can be found spending time with his beloved daughters, grandchildren and close friends. Fellow islanders loved him dearly. Although he lived quietly, those close to him enjoyed his sense of humor and easy going personality.

As a lifelong resident of Campobello Island, Donald Wayne loved his home. It was a rare occurrence for him to stray so far from the Island other than on a beloved camping trip with friends and family. Donald Wayne spent many years living with his father and best friend, Donald Sr. They have a special bond even though they are often heard arguing at day-to-day events.

Donald Wayne is survived by his children Narissa Malloch (Curtis) of Campobello, NB; Sabrina Lord (Gareth) of St. Andrews, NB and Shayna Jackson of Campobello, NB grandchildren Ashton and Carter Brine; Sydney Malloch; Keaton and Payton Lord; Haylee Jackson-Brown; Rylan and Olivia Martin; 2 siblings: Leonard (Lori) Jackson of Oakland, I.: William (Marcia) Jackson of Lubec, ME, his beloved aunt Margie Sissy “Newman, many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Rested at Wilsons Beach United Baptist Church from where the service will be held on Monday, September 20, 2021 at 2:00 pm with Pastor Jason Hooper and Pastor Reg. Ward administration. Out of respect for the family they requested that the interment to take place at Wilsons Beach Community Cemetery be a private family only.

Due to the ever -changing pandemic situation, the family decided not to hold a reception.

The family will receive friends at church on Sunday for a one -hour visitation from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm only.
