Donald Peter Campbell, known to many as Don, died on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital at the age of 89. He is the beloved husband of Betty Campbell, and the proud father of three daughters and their husbands – Debbie Scott (Derrick), Laurie Campbell (Gabriel Bourgeois) and Valerie Docherty (Alex). He appreciates being called Grandpa to Ryan, Anthony (Natalie), Matthew, and Lauren (Jaron Ternan); Marcel and Patrice; and Jordan (Caitlin) and Logan (Rebecca). Don was also blessed with six great-grandchildren.
Don’s family has entrusted Belvedere Funeral Home with handling the arrangements for his final days which include visiting hours on Thursday, April 27, 2023, from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM and a service, which held on Friday, April 28, 2023 at 2:00 PM. Although Don loved flowers, the family would appreciate memorial donations to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Foundation in honor of the care he received over the years, or a donation to a charity of your choice.
