Fabulous Is Back, And Wes Gordon Was The Designer Who Dressed Us For It

Last night, to celebrate the Carolina Herreras Spring 2022 show, Wes Gordon played the main emcee of the perfect New York public dance and the dresses, socialites, and stars (too many to count) were on full display. The event that took place at the Bowery haunted the iconic Salon 94, honoring the house built by Mrs. Herrera one by one the white shirts were sewn neatly at one time. Gordon’s fte features fashion stars like Drag Race winner (and our own cover girl) Symone, the No Sudden Movement surprising Julia Fox, and our very own Mel Ottenberg. The collection established Gordon as the perfect successor to Mrs. Carefully grazed Herrera: classic house motifs, such as pops of vibrant color, larger-than-life prints, and ultra-elegant dresses are fully displayed. The show showed the New York audience that the extraordinary was back, and Gordon was the designer who dressed us for it. The magic and entertainment value of this upcoming season is paramount, the designer told us before the show. It’s been a while since we’ve been able to put on a live show, and it must be awesome.
