Soon, the model flaunting your online clothing purchases may not actually be posing in the picture. That’s because neural networks can now rest humans and change their clothes in photos without losing important details.

Badour Al Bahar at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg and colleagues at Adobe Research developed an algorithm that breaks down the source image into its constituent body parts, with a neural network identifying where the major joints and limbs are.
