Kim Kardashian Reveals Her Employees Must Follow Super Strict Dress Codes!

Kim Kardashian may be a fashionista, but she likes to keep things really simple at work! Can YOU work like this??

On Monday new episodes Angie Martinezs IRL podcasts, that is SKIMS the founder revealed that she enforces a strict dress code for all of her employees — and it’s as bland as her home decor! When the radio show host pointed out that Kim’s office is “color-coordinated”, the reality TV star revealed that it was no coincidence! The team is only allowed to wear neutral colors to keep the look consistent! He explained:

Very. I have a uniform. It’s not like, Hey, it’s like, your uniform.’ It’s just a color palette.

But what a minimalistic color palette!

So what exactly is allowed?? As stated in the official handbook staff receive upon hiring, they can wear grey, heather gray, black, navy, white, cream, [and] drill. The mogul explains:

We can stick with all neutrals. Not much color blocking.

Apparently, the 42-year-old socialite didn’t enforce a dress code until everyone was willing to stick to basic colors, she continued:

My house is very zen, so I asked how everyone felt about it and everyone literally said, That would make our lives so easy.’ And as soon as everybody got on board and thought it would be easier for them, I was like, Yeah, let’s do this.’

Hey, some of the richest people in the world wear the same clothes every day, so we wanted to have a uniform to make things easier! But there aren’t any colors in the room that are already completely neutral? It seems a bit boring to us! It seems that everyone… invisible…

Apparently realizing how that all sounds, Kimmy Kakes did say maybe she’d consider some casual days. No Fridayit’s too often:

[We should have] free dress day on their birthday or something.

A colorful day?! So generous… you can hear her explain her strict dress code (below)!

KarJenners fans shouldn’t be too surprised by Kim’s dress code decision since she was grilled earlier this year for having a lifeless house design reminiscent of a “soul ward”! Yes!

After the aspiring attorney shared several photos of his home — featuring mostly white and cream furniture and decor — fans took to social media shocked by the dramatic and somewhat depressing style. Despite the horrors of the internet, Kim seems to love this kind of design. In February, he said Mode:

Everything in my house is minimal. I find that there is so much chaos in the world that when I come home, I want the world to be completely quiet and I want everything to be calm.

That said, her children North9, Saint7, Chicago4, and Psalm3, which she shares with her ex-husband Kanye West, each of them went crazy in their bedroom, so that the whole house did not lose color. He presents:

I have a playroom full of clutter. Bedroom one pink, one purple, one blue, one dinosaur. It seems like every kid can have full style and taste in their room and have fun, but in the main house, I really like the quiet.

But of course, when it comes to his employees, no “crazy” need apply. He just wants everyone to be like his background, we guess!
