In addition to the pro-potty shorts, they’re also super cute and flat Again very comfortable. Between her next-to-nothing fabric, her sculpting, light support, and cute colorway, the *perfect* tracksuit dress. In fact, it amazed me and my fellow Well+Good staffers with how much fun it was to put on, move around, and go to the bathroom. About the dress

The first important detail is the fabric, which is the same material used in the brand’s hit, celebrity-approved Align leggings and yoga pants. It’s as soft as a puppy’s ears and almost weightless, made to feel like there’s nothing there, so you can move around in total comfort. In addition to being incredibly soft, the material is also stretchy, breathable and supportive, designed with a slightly sculpted design that follows the curves of your body without adding restriction or compression. It’s great for low-impact movements, like yoga and walking, and also feels comfortable enough to wear outside the gym.

Each Align Dress is cut to a short A-frame that slides down mid-thigh so it stays out of the way on Hot Girl Walks or during Sun Salutations. The front sports a slight V-neck with a built-in shelf bra and removable cups. The tank straps are held together at the back in one simple scoop, no complicated straps or ties to bargain for. And, of course, there’s a built-in shorts liner under the skirt that makes it workout-friendly. Each 4-inch liner is the same color as the dress and has a drop-in pocket on the side for storing personal items, as well as an open back for easy access to the bathroom. While most other workout clothing requires removing when using the restroom, the open back can be pulled down, saving time and modesty when you need to go.

Finally workout clothes you don’t have to take off to pee! It’s about damn time. I’ve been a fan of workout clothes since Outdoor Voices was the only brand making them in 2018-2019 (I still love their dresses), but never liked peeling them off to go to the bathroom. Not only was it uncomfortable (I had to do it in pretty precarious situations, like on a hike and on a fishing boat with a male fishing partner) but the back stretched out, so the rope must have torn or lost its elasticity.

The open back on the Lululemon Align version is genius. It’s a little awkward to squat, but much better than completely undressing. And the cloth? Like butter, honey. It’s a bit too lenient and forgiving for doing HIIT or other intense activities, but for chilling out, running errands, and simple workouts, it’s the rule.

Yes, Lululemon Align Dress is worth it. As you can see, we’ve all been blown away by the comfort of this flirty frock; the fabric feels like a dress as do the leggings. Sportswear aficionados will appreciate the bathroom-friendly shorts liners that will save you *so* a lot of time in the shower and make you feel less exposed, to boot. Why it took so long to create a gym dress we don’t have to take off is a mystery, but we’re glad Lululemon has taken steps to solve such a problem and will proudly pee in comfort all summer thanks to innovation like that.
