Ant McPartlin prepares to marry his fiancée Anne-Marie Corbett on Saturday in front of a group of famous friends.

The TV star will tie the knot at St Michael’s Church in the quiet Hampshire village of Hickfield.

There’s no doubt that the other half of Ant and Dec, Declan Donnelly, will be there to celebrate the star.

About 100 people are expected to attend the lavish wedding, and among the guests are Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda Holden and This Morning host Holly Willoughby.

Co-host Holly and Stephen Mulhern from Saturday Night Takeaway will also be present.

However, according to The Sun, music mogul Simon Cowell will not be part of the special day.

It comes nearly a year after Ant and Dec previously revealed that they once quit Britain’s Got Talent after getting into a major feud with Simon.

According to their book Once Upon A Tyne, they had a showdown over “liberation.”

After filming two “difficult” series, Ant said they warned the bosses that they were planning to leave the show before traveling to Los Angeles to take it out with Simon.

“The audition days were long, which in and of itself we don’t mind, but after filming interviews and interacting with each act, as well as making jokes and giving feedback and everything we always do, we found that when the show went on TV, it seemed like we hardly appeared in it at all, It was written in their book.

“We started to feel like we were wasting our time doing the tests because all the work we were doing was ending up on the cutting room floor.”

The boys were left feeling “marginalized” on the show, but at the same time, they were incredibly busy with their own show, Saturday Night Takeaway.

December also wrote that Simon promised that things would change and that he kept his word and they did when they returned to filming.

To prove that the trio has moved on from the drama, Simon, who also commented on the book, added, “If they stop working, they’ll tell me in the face” and adds that he respects that they called them themselves.

Their fallout happened in 2012 and the three transcend TV dramas.

In 2019, Simon defended Ant after being disappointed with alcohol in 2018.

He returned to BGT after a year’s sabbatical to focus on fighting his drink problems, and Simon was happy to be back.

And the media mogul responded at the time: “It’s almost as if it never happened.” “I mean, that’s the way—that’s when you know it’s comfortable because it’s just like we’re back together again, we’re friends.

“These things happen. Yeah, I really missed him. Then I really felt like December last year because we really kicked him out.”
