Members of the royal family are back in formal attire in full force. Prince William, Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge, Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, gathered for the world premiere of No Time to Die, the latest James Bond film. The group has just arrived at the Royal Albert Hall in London for this major event.
For the occasion, the Duchess of Cambridge made a statement in a gold-tone embellished dress, featuring architectural shoulders and a flowing train. The metallic look was a bold choice for Kate, who usually tends to have a simpler cut. She paired the dress with gold hoop earrings and an event.

The audience for the premiere includes not only future royals, but also health care workers and members of the military, who have joined the royal family for a private outing. Daniel Craig, of course, is also present, celebrating his fifth and final time playing James Bond.

After many delays due to the pandemic, No Time to Die will finally hit US theaters on October 8. In addition to Craig, the film also stars Léa Seydoux, Christoph Waltz, and Ralph Fiennes, among others. Notably, the film’s author and star Phoebe Waller-Bridge wrote the script, along with Neil Purvis and Robert Wade and the film’s director Carrie Joji Fukunaga.

The latest iteration in the franchise follows Bond as he resurfaces from retirement to help a friend. The log line states, “Bond has left active duty and is enjoying a quiet life in Jamaica. His safety did not last long when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA showed up for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turned out to be much more insidious than expected, leading to Bond down the path of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology.”
Members of the royal family often attend Bond’s premieres. The Duke and Duchess attended the premiere of the latest Bond movie, Specter, in 2015, accompanied by Prince Harry. Prince Charles and Camilla also attended the Skyfall premiere in 2012.
