An audience with Adele fans left open as they watched Emma Thompson and Emma Watson throw some serious looks on TV tonight.

The Harry Potter stars couldn’t resist getting back on their feet as Adele belts Send My Love in front of an incredible crowd from A-list as part of a pre-recorded ITV special.

Actor Idris Elba, Years and Years star Olly Alexander, broadcasters Kate Garaway, Jonathan Ross, Graham Norton, comedians Harry Hill and Michael McIntyre, and music star Andrew Lloyd Webber were among the first crowds.

Taking to Twitter to discuss seeing some of their favorite stars dance, one person wrote: “Emma Thompson is dancing and living her best life is the sign of #anaudiencewithadele clapping hands.”

The second added, “I’m obsessed with this audience #AnAudienceWithAdele.”

While a third said, “Emma Watson and Emma Thompson are singing and dancing with their hearts out which is a lot of living rooms right now. Mic raising hands dancing #AnAudienceWithAdele woman.”

Adele opened her London Palladium show with Hometown Glory and Hello before moving on to tracks from her new album 30.

She admitted: “I was really touched. I haven’t been home for a long time and haven’t performed here for a long time.

“I’m very nervous. Of course I feel blood.”

“I’m a huge fan of An Audience With? It used to be the highlight of my life whenever it was shown.

“I’m so glad to do this tonight, very, very excited.”
