Armed police have cordoned off an area after a man was tragically found dead at a city industrial estate.
Several marked police cars, alongside undercover vehicles, attended on a small collection of units in South Yardley this afternoon (Feb 28).
The man was discovered with gunshot injuries at around 2.45pm and sadly died at the scene in Stockfield Road.
West Midlands Police said it believed the wounds were ‘self-inflicted’. His death will be referred to the coroner for an inquest, the force added.
