The CES tech show is about to kick off in Las Vegas with all of the world’s biggest manufacturers descending on the Mojave Desert to unveil their new concepts and ideas for the year ahead. CES always throws up plenty of surprises including color-changing cars, robots that can do laundry, and iPad-style tablets that roll up like a piece of paper, but one thing is almost certain Samsung will be showing off its future TVs under bright lights. to sin city.
The Korean tech company always uses this global event to launch its latest and greatest monitors, and what was announced this week is sure to make its existing range of goggleboxes look significantly inferior.
In previous years, we’ve seen Samsung unveil screens that are bigger, brighter, full of extra pixels, and more environmentally friendly.
During a previous CES, the company introduced its first-ever remote control that ditched the batteries and got its power from the sun instead.
MicroLED tellies could be big news again this year as Samsung slowly rolls out this premium technology – which delivers stunning clarity and richer hues – across more of its range.
We may even see the Korean company follow LG and reveal screens that bend and twist to make it easier to hide when not in use.

The Freestyle also includes a built-in speaker, full access to all of the most popular streaming apps like Netflix plus it can be used as a nifty little smart light.
A second-generation version of the Freestyle is likely to be unveiled this week along with upgrades to Samsung’s short-throw projectors that can fit snugly against the walls in your home, making them more user-friendly than standard models.
Of course, Samsung won’t be the only one to unveil new gadgets for watching TV at CES with LG and Sony also expected to announce major news.
