A 6.5-magnitude earthquake strikes New Britain and Papua New Guinea

(Reuters) – A 6.5-magnitude earthquake hit New Britain in Papua New Guinea on Sunday, the US Geological Survey said.

The US Geological Survey added that the quake occurred at a depth of 65 km.
