Jaipur: Three earthquakes were felt in Jaipur in the early hours of Friday in the space of half an hour. The National Center of Seismology (NCS) reports that the latest earthquake with a magnitude of 3.4 occurred at around 4.25am. According to the NCS, it occurred at a depth of 10 kilometers. “Magnitude: 3.4 earthquake, occurred on 21-07-2023, 04:25:33 IST, Latitude: 26.87, Long: 75.69, Depth: 10 km, Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India,” the National Center of Seismology (NCS) tweeted.
Earlier, the earth felt a 3.1-magnitude earthquake at 4.22 am at a depth of 5 km. “Magnitude 3.1 earthquake, occurred on 21-07-2023, 04:22:57 IST, Latitude: 26.67, Long: 75.70, Depth: 5 km, Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India,” the NCS tweeted.

Before that, people felt the first earthquake at 4.09 am at a depth of 10 km. CS had tweeted, “Magnitude 4.4 earthquake, occurred on 07-21-2023, 04:09:38 IST, Latitude: 26.88 and Long: 75.70, Depth: 10km, Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.”
There have been no reports of human or material losses yet. In response to the tremors, former Chief Minister of Rajasthan Vasundhara Raje tweeted, “The tremors of the earthquake were felt elsewhere in the state including Jaipur. Hope you are all safe!”
