Helen was joined by her eight-year-old eldest daughter Matilda, who was dressed in a green Pokemon swimsuit, as they held hands during a stroll along the shoreline.

During the trip, Helen took to Instagram to document her vacation with her three kids — Matilda, Delilah, five, and Charlie, two — who she shares with ex-husband Scott Sinclair.

The TV personality, who recently appeared on I’m A Celebrity… South Africa, has set off to the sunny destination on a fun-filled summer vacation trip.

She shared a sweet snap revealing that she was on vacation and wrote, “Summer vacation has begun I can’t wait to make some special memories with my beauties.”

Helen, who split from her pro soccer boyfriend last year after 13 years, recently revealed how “drama-free” co-parenting was.

Last month, Helen spoke about adjusting to life as a single mom, saying she needed some “adult time” to herself.

She took to her Instagram Stories at the time to discuss the issues she was having with getting her daughter, Delilah, into a good sleep pattern.

Oh my God, she’s almost 5, but honestly, she wouldn’t sleep without me. She literally has to sleep there (next to her face).

What I usually do, I pretend I’m going to sleep and then when she’s asleep I sneak out of the room.

Anyway, I didn’t, I just slept and slept in my contact lenses. great!

But I also need my adult time even if it’s like I’m watching something I want to watch or I can talk to my friends. I just need this closure.
