Ranked in the top three games in 2021

Everyone to the Texas A&M Football team SEC match is important. In fact, for a program in college playoffs, every match is usually important, as we learned last season.

Last year, A&M dropped one game to final national champion Alabama Crimson Tide and fell outside the CFP. This just showed that the Aggies had to have a perfect season to get into the 4-team elite playoffs.

Still, there are certain games every season that have more weight than others. Today, I’m going to go through the top three games in the Texas A&Ms 2021-22 schedule.

Texas A&M Football Main Game, No. 3: Mississippi State

On the surface, this may not seem like an extremely important game for Texas A&M. Aggies has been doing business against the state of Mississippi relatively easily in each of the last two seasons.

Still, this is the first real test the Texas A&M Football team will get in 2021. Technically, Aggies will play another SEC team in Arkansas a week later, but the Razorbacks have won a total of seven games in the last three seasons. They are really bad.

The state of Mississippi also has a tough season that is only 4-7. However, they had a head coach for the first year and they are likely to improve on that number in 2021. This is also a trap. It’s one of those games that Texas A&M could easily ignore and lose because they’re so focused on their opponents next week in Alabama.

This is the first and only real test for Jimbo Fishers before he goes against Nick Saban and Alabama Crimson Tide. If he can’t do it against the Bulldogs in a convincing way, optimism isn’t high when he enters the A&M home game against Bama.
