The 2021 recruitment class for the Nebraska baseball program ranked Baseball America in 21 countries, the release announced Wednesday. It is the second highest recruitment class ranking in program history.
Huskers have been included in the national list three times in school history as this year’s group joins the 2010 class (23rd) and the 2013 class (11th). For the first time, NU ranks in the top 25 Will Boltas head coach. Bolt also served as an assistant staff coach in 2013.
In addition, Nebraska is the only Big Ten program included in the 2021 lists.
NU’s newest class has 18 newcomers, including 15 freshmen, two transfers and a junior school transfer.
