Australian boxing star Tim Tszyu is going to hell as he prepares to receive Japanese boxer Takeshi Inouen (17-1-1) on November 17th.

Tszyu, who channels his inner Rabbitoh before the NRL grand finale, gets through the ring as he prepares to take the man he describes as a brick wall.

It’s a different preparation, this preparation is about conditioning, roughness, strength and the ability to withstand 12 rounds because these guys built like a brick wall, Tszyu told Main Events Ben Damon, who was wearing his Rabbitohs shirt before the big final against Penrith Panthers this weekend.

Tszyu doesn’t take the ring for the best part of two months, but he’s already practiced hard for the last eight weeks.

The 26-year-old fought against American Tony Harrison, but their fight was canceled earlier this month.

Initially disappointed, Tszyu says he must have been adaptable because the world is not waiting for you.

It was frustrating at first because my mind was completely focused on Tony Harrison, and I was ready to take my hand on him and I was psychic because I knew it was going to be a good challenge, Tszyu said.

He is a good boxer. But you know what, the ball is advancing. You have to keep adjusting and overcome the obstacles in front of you, and Takeshi Inoue is next.

I’m not taking a step back and he’s not taking a step back, and that means this is going to be a confrontation. It will be good.

The fight is one of his last in his home country until he goes abroad, and Covid continues his plague on his journey around the world.

But Tszyu says the extra time to fight in front of his home fans has been a disguised blessing.

I really enjoy being in front of the camera, being able to fight, being able to do this process over and over again, and doing it here in Australia for all my fans is another example of why I do all this, he said.

I am only young in this sport. Why not fight for the best, fight for the best and fight for anyone out there.

As for the NRL final, Tszyu believes the rabbits will win their second realm in this century. He joked that he became a full-time fan of the team when he jumped on the sled after winning the 2014 title.

Tszyu also has the same leadership as superstars Cody Walker and Latrell Mitchell, and he was delighted that the former taught him a surprising and humble lesson.

I came to the office a few times with No Limit and Cody Walker definitely tore me up in table tennis, he also got me to a basketball game. I thought I had him, but he’s on the second level in those two games, Tszyu said.

We talked a little, and I came in and they got me. Cody Walker got me. I didn’t expect it, but he’s a beast in table tennis and basketball.
