The Dragons captain is preparing to win his 100th match against Belarus tonight after hitting all the top notes on the field.

Bale helped inspire Wales to two European Championship finals and is their all-time record with 36 goals.
But the 32-year-old is out of tune compared to famous Welsh singers Tom Jones, Charlotte Church and Katherine Jenkins.
So much so that he was exclaimed during the start of singing after his debut against Trinidad and Tobago.
Former Wales teammate Joe Ledley said: “He’s great at football, golf, table tennis, he even has a long throw.
“Singing is the only thing he doesn’t have. He has everything else, no voice. “
Dragons guy Robert Earnshaw added, “I don’t remember what he sang, but I know he was mediocre and we bouted him afterwards.

“Very bad singing voice, but great in football.”
Bale, then the youngest player in Wales at the age of 16 and 315, let his feet talk and set Earnshaw the winner in a 2-1 friendly match in the Caribbean 15 years ago.
Earnshaw, who scored both goals in Austria, said: “He is a special player and talent that comes out once in every generation.
“I remember his first terrain and feed in Wales was for me.
“I had never heard of him, but someone said he was a 16-year-old boy in Southampton.
“After a few workout touches. I was like, “Wow, this kid has little.”
Gareth Bale is the best player in Wales ever
Joe Ledley
– He had great enthusiasm, good left leg, energy and ability.
“He came in the second half and ran one of his runs to the left, he passed a few players and pulled the ball back to me.
“I scored a goal and that’s when he introduced himself to the international stage. It was awesome.
“We’re getting 100 matches, but he’s still doing the same. He’s one of the best Welsh players we’ve ever seen.
Ledley, a close friend of Bale in the Welsh season European Championship semifinals, added: “It will be one of the proudest moments of his career. He’s a nice guy.
“Look at the stats and the number of goals he has scored for Wales. He will be the best player in Wales ever.
