Baltimore Ravens QB Lamar Jackson is confident he will play against Cleveland Browns

OWINGS MILLS, Md. – This time Lamar Jackson is “120%” sure he’s playing.

Three days after the recurrence of the illness caused him to interrupt the game, Jackson returned to practice on Wednesday and plans to start against Cleveland Browns on Sunday night.

“I’m fine. Great this time,” Jackson said with a smile. “… Positive. Sure. No recurrence, man.”

Jackson attended the morning walk on Wednesday morning and attended all the meetings. His expectation is to get a full workout on Wednesday.

“I think I’m completely back to normal,” Jackson said. “I want to go there and just go. I don’t want to go there and limit myself or the coach will limit me.”

He is 4-1 against Browns with 85.8 Total QBR. It is the builders second highest overall QBR against a single opponent after the meter was first measured in 2006.

Jackson missed a two-day workout last week because he was ill, but returned on Friday to practice a full workout. However, symptoms returned on Saturday, which pushed him to victory in the Chicago Bears on Sunday 16-13.
