Paul May won six games in two games for Cowplain Cocktails

Rovers pair Kevin Smith and Alan Baldwin each won twice, as did Tim Hampton and Kane Beale in response.

Dave Woodacre made the hat trick straight out of some Soberton A Generation Platinum goal 8-2. Richard Billings also won three of his matches.

Cowplain Cocktails was a double success. First, they won the Phoenix Satellites 6-4 with treble from John Taylor and Paul May.

They then beat Portsmouth Black 6-4 in the second hat trick in May and Taylor.

Reserve Chris Corner lost two of the five settlers and also lost 19-17 in a four-round loss against Dylan Linsell (2).

The Emsworth Eagles defeated Generation Kings 8-2 with Steve Long and match man Callum Ship with maximum scores.

Generation Rhodium defeated modest Cowplain under the influence of Alexandra 7-3 Kyristian Fijalkowski (3) and Jack Smith (2). Chris Corner – who suffered two more losses in five installments – Chris Bone and Ian Wield all won once in response.

Thomas Pointer and Billy Blades won all six of their matches as Division 2 manager Portsmouth Red defeated their clubmates Cherryn 7-3 and Portsmouth Cobalt 9-1.

Dave Wiles once won against Cherry, while Adrian Wong prevented Cobalt from bleaching by defeating Wiles.

Knowle Puffins won the Sporting St Clares 8-2 with treble from Mike James and Ricky Hensman.

Knowle Tenacity beat Cowplain Yellow 7-3 with two rubbers for John Cooper, Tony Emberson and Dave McIntosh, all of whom beat Steve Waterson.

Phoenix Saturn smashed his clubmate Pluto 10-0 with Jordi Wiesner, Richard Stone and matchman Paul Russell.

Generation Gold will continue to compete for the Division 3 title after winning Cowplain Crimson after 7-3 under the influence of Ethan Cooksley (3) and Julian Sheldon (2). Jerry Wilson demanded consolation.

To win the championship, Gold needs manager Emsworth Cygnets to drop two points in his remaining games.

PW Black defeated the Emsworth Bluebell Pirates 6-4 with the maximum scores of John Cogley and Peter Higgins.
