BU Athletics Celebrates Department at Scarlet & White Honors

BOSTON – Boston University’s Department of Athletics gathered on Monday evening at the Metcalf Ballroom at the George Sherman Union for The Scarlet & White Honors, the annual student-athlete Awards reception. Major Awards were handed out in addition to the Athlete Choice Awards in Collaboration with BU’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).

Moment of the Year – Late Dylan Peterson goal lifts Men’s Ice Hockey to Beanpot title

– Brian Maurer (COM’07) served as an emcee for the evening while several student-athletes were presenters for the Athlete Choice Awards.
– Women’s Golf won the Team GPA Award with an impressive 3.65 during the fall semester.
– Seniors Ann-Marie Jaworks (WSOC) and Logan Cockerill (MIH) will be the recipients of the Aldo “Buff” Donelli Award for Leadership at the 2022 BU Athletic Hall of Fame Ceremony, which will be held in the fall.
