Flores brings versatility to Louisville’s offensive line. He played left guard for Virginia last season after a solid career at Dartmouth, where he was their left tackle for two seasons. The Cards lose Caleb Chandler and Adonis Boone, so either left guard or left tackle is needed, as Michael Gonzalez can play either.
One of the few unknowns on Louisville’s roster is depth on the offensive line. Scott Satterfield and his staff did a good job of fixing the number issues they inherited, but it’s unclear if the players they say we haven’t had a chance to see can actually… play. I think Flores has a chance to earn a starting spot, but Austin Collins and Joshua Black are likely the players he will be up against.
